- Built and shipped Property Radar, a cross-platform iOS and Android mobile app (React, TypeScript, Capacitor) published to the App Store and Google Play, with real-time property alerts via Pusher, Amplitude analytics, Sentry observability, and full i18n support.
- Designed and shipped an AI support chat (SSE streaming over an in-house mortgage and investment LLM) across desktop and mobile widgets and a full chat page, with progressive token rendering and resumable history, lifting lead conversion by 35% and contributing to a 5% month-on-month rise in property purchases.
- Extracted the chat engine into @hypofriend/hf-chat, a standalone Vue 3 package consumed across all three product verticals — Hypofriend, PensionFriend, and InvestFriend — via a single createHfChat(config) plugin.
- Led the Nuxt 2 SSR + Vuex to Nuxt 3 + TypeScript + Pinia migration, improving maintainability and unblocking faster delivery.
- Redesigned the property search interface into a responsive card view with optimized map integration, lifting retention and appointment scheduling by 20%.
